A message dated April 8, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                               
CSHB 343(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 343(RLS)                                                    
    "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                          
    Professional Counselors; and relating to licensing of professional
